Because our products are large medical-grade wellness equipment and shipped directly from our manufacturing partners, our return and refund policy differs from typical retail items.

Please review the policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped by the manufacturer.

After the order enters production, fulfillment, or shipping, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Shipping & Dropshipping Model

ShopHyperbaric.com operates as a direct-to-customer distributor. Products are shipped directly from our manufacturing and distribution partners.

Because of this fulfillment model:

  • We do not physically handle or warehouse products
  • Shipping timelines may vary depending on supplier inventory and logistics
  • Tracking information will be provided once the manufacturer dispatches the order

3. Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to manufacturer approval and the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be in new, unused condition
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Not have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Receive prior return authorization from ShopHyperbaric.com and the manufacturer when applicable

Because many products sold by ShopHyperbaric.com are large, specialized wellness devices that ship directly from manufacturers, certain products may be subject to manufacturer-specific return restrictions, restocking fees, or return shipping charges.

Returns may be requested for reasons including:

  • Product arrived damaged
  • Product arrived defective
  • Incorrect product received
  • Customer changed their mind prior to installation or use
  • Product does not meet customer expectations

Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to manufacturer approval.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will work with the manufacturer to provide one of the following:

  • Replacement parts
  • Product replacement
  • Manufacturer repair

Resolution method will depend on the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

5. Manufacturer Warranty

Most products and accessories sold on ShopHyperbaric.com include a manufacturer warranty.

Warranty coverage may include:

  • Parts replacement
  • Repair service
  • Manufacturer support

Warranty duration and terms vary by product and manufacturer.

Customers must follow the manufacturer’s operating guidelines to maintain warranty coverage.

Improper use or modification may void the warranty.

6. Return Shipping (If Approved)

If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Return freight shipping
  • Crating or packaging costs
  • Restocking fees (typically 15%–30%, depending on manufacturer policies)
  • Shipping insurance

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product, ShopHyperbaric.com and/or the manufacturer may cover some or all return-related costs at our discretion.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.

Refund processing time:

  • 5–10 business days after approval
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused by the customer:

  • The customer will be responsible for round-trip freight costs
  • Restocking fees may apply

These charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
