Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, manufacturer lead times, and order volume.

Shipping Locations

Shop Hyperbaric currently ships to customers within the contiguous United States. Additional shipping destinations may be available upon request.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout when applicable. Many products qualify for free shipping within the continental United States.

Additional shipping charges may apply for:

  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • Remote locations
  • Expedited delivery requests
  • Special freight requirements

Customers will be notified of any additional shipping charges before an order is finalized.

Delivery Timeframes

Because many products are shipped directly from manufacturers, delivery times vary by product.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Accessories & Essentials: 3–10 business days
  • Cold Plunges: 5–15 business days
  • Infrared Saunas: 10–20 business days
  • Hyperbaric Chambers: 10–30 business days

Freight Deliveries

Large products may be delivered via freight carrier. Customers may be contacted by the carrier to schedule delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery and for inspecting shipments upon arrival.

Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact support@shophyperbaric.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographs of the product and packaging may be required to process claims.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. Tracking updates are subject to carrier availability.
